The first master plan of the Revanta project has a spilt podium with a high rise tower and a cascading tower. The cascading tower acts like a multilevel garden building. Both the buildings share unit typologies, following the “kit of parts” principle. The taller tower is located at the centre of the site and the cascading tower sits on south side which together forms an important skyline feature for the development in the local context of Mulund, Mumbai.
The second masterplan for the Revanta project establishes itself as four iconic towers nestled into a refined and crafted park setting with the Sanjay Gandhi National Park as a backdrop. The connecting podium with its private raised garden further enhances the sense of place. The tower forms create an iconic skyline presence and a memorable addition to the architecture in Mumbai.
