One Nine Elms consists of a pair of prominent towers that will be situated at the gateway to the Nine Elms regeneration area in the London Borough of Wandsworth; an affluent area of south west London. At 200m tall, the proposed residential building will stand slightly taller than its hotel-tower counterpart which will reach 160m, making it the tallest residential tower in western Europe. As consultants to KPF we worked primarily on the project interiors which included apartments, amenities and lobbies. The design provides premium residences with 360 degree views of London.
