The purpose of the manual was to establish guidelines that would help in the design of residential projects across a full range of categories from affordable to luxury. The guidelines cover arrchitecture, interior space planning, materials and finishes, structural constraints and MEP allocations. In developing this manual the idea was to provide a base framework for consultants, vendors and installers upon which to build the design.
